1. AGENCY ROLE & SERVICES
88 Lux acts strictly as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier vendors, including but not limited to airlines, boutique hotels, cruise lines, land operators, tour companies, and transportation providers. All bookings made through 88 Lux are subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations of liability imposed by these third-party suppliers.

2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
- Deposits: A non-refundable planning fee or deposit may be required to begin the curation of your bespoke itinerary.
- Final Payments: All balances must be paid in full by the due date specified on your invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservations by the suppliers.
- Pricing: Rates are subject to change based on availability, currency fluctuations, and fuel surcharges until the final booking is fully confirmed and paid.

3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES, AND REFUNDS
- Client Cancellations: All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Because 88 Lux operates as an intermediary, all refunds, cancellation fees, or credits are strictly governed by the individual policies of our third-party travel suppliers.
- Agency Fees: Any fees charged by 88 Lux for travel curation, management, or support tickets are non-refundable.

4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND REQUIREMENTS
- Passenger Responsibility: It is the absolute responsibility of the traveler to obtain and carry a valid passport, visa(s), health certificates, and any other documentation required by international customs and entry laws.
- Passport Validity: Most international destinations require passports to be valid for at least six (6) months beyond your intended return date. 88 Lux is not liable for boarding or entry denials due to improper documentation.

5. TRAVEL INSURANCE
88 Lux highly recommends the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance protects your investment and can cover unexpected situations such as trip cancellations, medical emergencies, flight delays, lost baggage, or emergency evacuations. If you decline travel insurance, you acknowledge and assume all financial risks associated with your travel amendments or cancellations.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
88 Lux, its employees, and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, financial loss, delay, inconvenience, or irregularity caused by the acts, omissions, or bankruptcy of any third-party supplier, or due to forces of nature, acts of God, strikes, or government restrictions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
